Daire is the owner and head coach at Elev8. He began strength training in 2013 following teenage years spent playing both rugby and hurling at school, club, and county levels. He is a qualified Personal Trainer and Online Coach. After 2 years of studying Product Design in University of Limerick, Daire decided it just wasn’t the path for him. In 2015, he took part in Miami Pro, Fitness Model Category, which would be his first of many, he placed 1st in Male Fitness Model Over 75kg, 1st in the Junior Fitness Model as well as 1st Overall which was unheard of before at the age of 21. In 2016, he placed 2nd in the Pro Male Fitness Model category at the Miami Pro World Championships; and 2nd in the WBFF European Championships in the Fitness Model category. Daire, being the competitive person he is, was not satisfied with the 2nd place decision so got back to work and competed again a brief 4 months later, in which he placed 1st in the Male Fitness Model Category and was awarded his Pro Card as one of the youngest Pro’s in the world! Daire has put 10 years of his life into educating himself to reach his goals, both mentally and physically, now since his last show in April of 2017 where he placed Top 5 in world he has retired to focus on helping as many people of all ages, shapes and sizes to reach their goals and see the potential they have.
